You are God’s rescue plan: Heralding deliverance in your family

There is a strange trend in the church today. And many have are embracing it as a lifestyle. This trend is the exaltation of our weaknesses: Many of us due to fear, lack of confidence, and many other factors, view ourselves from the eye lens of uselessness. We see ourselves as being incapable of use by God and we fail to recognize God’s seed in us in the person of the Holy Ghost.

We keep crying for a savior in the person of known men who have found strength in God while failing to realize that the same strength that these known men have is also in us by the Holy Ghost. You have the same advantage as these people, in God’s grace residing in you. You might say, “It is not enough,” but before God’s eye, from God’s perspective of what he has given to you, it is sufficient.

God’s grace in you is sufficient enough to subdue all that is around you. It is enough to deliver your family, your neighbors, your city, your state, your nation, the whole earth.
It is enough to convert them. To keep them seeking after God. You would be surprised how much God can do through you when you are submitted to him.

You are God’s rescue plan, God’s rescue strategy for your family, for your city, for this nation, for the whole earth.
He plans to take from what is happening in your life now, he wants to place his touch on your activities of faithfulness to his grace: your daily prayers, your evangelism, your study of the Word, and your fellowship with him. He plans to place his divine touch on them to actualize the transformation you are looking for.
In the book of Matthew Chapter 14, verses 14 to 21 we see a clear manifestation of this touch; In this scene, there was a need that had to be met: Jesus wanted to see over five thousand people fed, but there was a problem at hand. There was not enough food to cater to them, and there were no stores around to buy them food. Although, someone had something: Five loaves of bread and two fish. It was small compared to what was needed.
To an onlooker, this proposition of five loaves, and two fish would seem a joke, because of how insignificant it was before the need at hand. How can five loaves of bread and two fish serve over five thousand people?

This bread and fish were eventually yielded to Jesus, and what seemed small miraculously multiplied and became so plenty that it was enough to serve all the five thousand men, excluding the number of women and children.
The multiplication was so great that there were extra baskets left.
It’s amazing, isn’t it? This is what God’s touch can do with what you have at the moment.

And so, this is God’s word to us this season, ” notwithstanding your deficiency, your inadequacies, I will use you.” (2 Cor 12:9). The Lord is going to take your weaknesses and perfect them by his grace, to minister life to all around you.
It is from your weakness that he will be glorified. All you have to do is yield to him (Matthew 14:17-18).
